Defrag Your Hard Drive
Monday, June 8th, 2009Defraging your hard drive on a regular basis is a good idea. It will help the speed of your computer by placing all the files in your computer in order for quicker access.
To perform a Disk Defrag do the following:
Windows XP - Click start, then all programs, accessories, system tools, and then click on Disk Defragmenter.
Windows Vista - Windows Vista performs a Disk Defrag on its own every week by default. You can manually do one if you would like by following the same steps above.
